Best cleaners in Maumelle!
I took two items in for alterations. I paid the stated price when I picked up the clothes, only to discover when I got home that no alterations were made. After another drop off, they made the alterations, but they then charged me again claiming they under-charged me the first time. They gave no consideration to the fact it took me two extra trips to get the issue resolved.
When I picked up my items I didn't receive half of them. :-( I think the person who checked me out was new and left in the front by another young lady who was too busy on the phone to make sure she was doing her job correctly. I asked for light starch my jeans have heavy starch I said no creases guess what I have creases. This will be my last time I will just take my clothes to Little Rock. This cleaners was convenient
I went to take me comforters to be cleaned because it won't fit in my washer.... My daughter soiled it after i gave her a bath (4 weeks old) i got everything off but it left a stain. When I took it there a older lady w/ white hair was very rude and said it was chunks. After i opened the comforter anf showed her it was nothing but a stain she disrespectfully said she "Just doesn't want to clean it"
Then why are you open..? Rude terrible service especially when you're already sick and not feeling well.
