Burned 2 holes in the leg of a new pair of pants. It was literally the first time I'd had them cleaned and pressed. When I asked about them they said there's a sign stating they're not responsible. I'll be going somewhere else from now on.
Told me they would not clean my jacket because it had dog hair on it or my wife's because of the buttons. I will not be going back again.
I went in with sixteen items to be cleaned at this store. 10 pants, 5 shirts and 1 sweater. When I went back I only received 15. My sweater was missing. They said it was rung up by mistake and I did not have a sweater. If you damage or lost my sweater just say that. Don't lie and say I never brought in a sweater. Also, don't ask customers to return hangers and get mad when customers bring them back in. One lady cashier was very rude when two customers ask about where to put hangers they were returning. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will go to another cleaners and pay double the price before I go back to Moose Cleaners.
