Wife & I ordered that new big burger meal deal that is suppose to have 8 slices of bacon & it was so small the buns were almost touching & barely had any bacon if you opened it up & look for it, look like they took 1 slice & broke it into little pieces & looked nothing like picture of really large burger with bacon hanging all out of the burger & it says 8 slices & for $8.99 per meal deal it should have been 3 times the size it was & we have eating there a lot & probably won't again because it's not first time we've had problems with them before & word of mouth can kill a business so please change & deal with this situation, thank you & have a nice day!
If i could l would leave 0 stars if I could old lady couldn’t hear in drive through and it was like she was talking to somebody else while taking my order. When I told her my drink was a sweet tea and she reread my order she said sprite I said no mam it’s a sweet tea and once I drove thru and getting ready to pay for the order it looked like a member of management was texting on her phone and the lady who took my order tried to give me a sprite and I had to tell her no mam I ordered a sweet tea. Once I tasted that sweet tea it was watered down. This is the second time a lady has responded in the drive thru and would talk to somebody else while taking my order
Food is good I always get the chile, people are friendly.
The Wendy's in maumelle is horrible. The lady taking orders got rude and I.tell you what I bout yanked her thru the window.. get the food it's all wrong and I tell you what. Rudeness is why I'll never go back too that place. Need too train employees better on customer service.
