The room was to order. The entire staff worked overtime to ensure my stay was perfect. Excellent breakfast, with waffles the coffee was hot and plentiful. Great stay.
I'm a diamond member the people there were great. Helped me out by faxing information for me , I was not staying there at the time.
Falsely advertised the “suite” I booked online... I get to the room and it was no where near what it was supposed to be... I called the desk to be informed they don’t even have a suite in the building.... front desk seemed to be clueless... carpets in room were soaking wet... housekeeping didn’t even fix the sheets when making bed... has to ask for wash clothes...very unhappy spending 3 cramped days in a small regular room. I come to town once a month and WILL NOT EVER STAY HERE AGAIN!
Was in town for a couple weeks for work and stayed here.its a fairly new place.the staff was great and helpful when recommending us places to go and eat at.there breakfast was pretty good liked how they changed it up.it wasnt the same breakfast items every morning.who ever makes those omelettes with peppers and all the good stuff keep those coming.would absolutely stay here again.
Room was on first floor right beside vending machines and not far from the eating area. Great location for an old lady! Lol. Server in kitchen /eating area was very helpful and kind. Will definitely stay there again!
