Waiting on prescription for my Cellulitis and the staff has been very nice to me.
The worst service we have ever had. It took Dr. Nagel over 3 months to write a routine prescription correctly so that it could be filled. It has been over 4 months now and they still have not been able to fax our medical records over to another doctors office appropriately. They are very disorganized, lack a sufficient amount of medical knowledge, and are very unconcerned about their patients health.
I have been going to Dr Nagel for years. When he moved to Maumelle I followed. I love the clinic. It's always spotless. The staff are friendly. I am thankful to have this clinic!
Everything about this clinic is impressive. The Clinic is clean and orderly and they use the space they have available very well. The staff from the front office to the clinicians are top notch and help you the best that they can. I am grateful to have a Medical Clinic of this calibur so close to home.
