They have always done there best to accommodate me and have worked with me on appointment times. Fast, courteous and friendly. I have been going there for years and I would recommend it to my friends and family. This is a truly up to date and modern facility that continues to impress me. Thanks.
The staff at Austin Family Dentistry are all so nice and knowledgable! I've been very pleased with their general dentistry such as teeth cleanings and same-day crown service. I also love the professional teeth whitening and Invisalign procedures I've received. Dr. Austin used Propel to shorten the length of my Invisalign treatment making it possible to straighten my teeth in less than 6 months!
For someone who has feared dentist’s his whole life, this has been the most relaxing visit I have ever had. The staff are awesome, everyone from the front desk, to Stephanie, my Hygienist, Dr. Ivan and th insurance specialist, Stephanie. Did I get what I wanted, no. Who wants cavities and crowns. But I got what I needed. And they have gotten themselves a patient for life. As long as I’m here in Maumelle, they are my dentists. Thank you!
We went to the Little Rock office for one of my daughters. They were very sweet to her throughout the entire appointment. Everything would have been an ideal dream if she didn't have a cavity. She did. She needed a filling. This child has such severe anxiety with needles that she completely freaked out. They patiently sat with her for an HOUR trying to help her calm down. They never once made her feel bad. We ended up having to leave without the filling and will try again. We'll definitely try there our second time.
Been in Maumelle since 1991, been in the Army since 1993, been going to Dr Austin for many years. Very rude and disrespectful staff, very condescending when speaking to me, the woman doing the insurance billing was not smart enough to read the numbers properly on the front of the insurance card, caused a major headache and wasted a lot of time, and tried to embarrass me, til I proved she was wrong, but she never apologized or changed her attitude , completely unprofessional, when I asked to speak to someone in charge no one wanted to take responsibility or listen to what I had to say, I then asked to speak to Dr Austin, and I guess he could not be bothered, staff is ruining the business and Dr Austins name. This place just runs you in and out like cattle and to hell with you if you don't like it, funny how they only have 3 reviews after being in business all these years, and all three of them are 5 stars lol.
